FMI CREATIVE PINOY PROGRAM
Imelda Roberts, President & CEO of First
Magnitude International is a Filipino-American.
Born in Manila, Philippines, her love for
her native land, families and friends, many
of whom are still in the Philippines, is
a moving force in her success. Having completed
her Bachelor's Degree through a full government
scholarship with the Pamantasan ng Lungsod
ng Maynila (PLM -University of the City
of Manila), her career following her migration
to the United States in 1984, has been primarily
focused in education and government. To
her, this is a way to honor and give back
to the public educational institution that
nurtured her young life.
It is in this essence that First Magnitude's
Creative Pinoy Program was developed. As
a part of her personal commitment and sincere
desire to share her blessings to her native
country, FMI hopes to give back through
creating apppropriate partnership opportunities
to deserving talented individuals and small
businesses.
Philippines, just like many countries,
is faced with economic challenges. However,
FMI believes in the Filipino spirit, talents
and enduring desire to succeed - core values
we hope to inspire and affirm through this
program. We welcome to hear from talented
Filipinos here in the United States and
abroad. Together, we can provide brilliant
opportunities to creative deserving Filipinos.
